Hazelett Marine sells two types of corrosion resistant and durable thimbles – stainless steel and galvanized. Galvanized thimbles are recommended when using traditional mooring balls instead of Hazelett spar buoys.

Description
The thimble is part of Hazelett’s rope work and is located at the end where the rope and thimble connect to the swivel which is connected to the spar buoy.
